Then we get down to business and prepare our own risotto with the support of the chef! The guide tells you about the region, the people and the local cuisine.

9:00-12:00	We set off directly from your hotel on a fascinating e-bike tour along the shores of Lake Lugano.
12:00-15:00	During the aperitif, we roll up our sleeves and cook our own risotto together. Enjoy!
15:00-16:00	Return journey by boat to Lugano
