The UNESCO Fortress in Bellinzona

This tour combines the comfort of our modern, high-performance e-bikes with the medieval atmosphere of Bellinzona's fortress, providing an authentic and engaging experience.

-Ride into the fortress on an e-bike

-Polenta with Sonvico Blu (blue cheese from the region)

Prepared by head chef Frank Oerthle and served under professional guidance of the young trainees from the Bellinzona Hotel and Tourism College (SSSAT). A good investment in the future!

 

Programme:

 

9:00-12:00	This fascinating e-bike tour begins at Bellinzona train station and takes in all three medieval castles, revealing glimpses and historical facts along the way.
12:00-13:30	Enjoy a delicious lunch at Grotto San Michele of Castelgrande. Savour local delicacies while admiring the spectacular view of the other two castles and the Piano di Magadino.
13:30-14:00	After a tasty lunch, we get back in the saddle and ride easily back to the train station through the unique old town streets.
